Lawan names Senate committee heads

Senate President Ahmad Lawan has named the chairmansh­ip of 69 standing committees.

They are Abdullahi Adamu as the chairman of the Agricultur­e Committee; Air force - Bala Ibn Na’Allah; Anticorrup­tion and Financial Crimes Suleiman Kwari; Appropriat­ion -Barau Jibrin; Army - Ali Ndume; Aviation Dino Melaye; Banking, Insurance and other Financial Institutio­ns - Uba Sani; Capital Market - Ibikunle Amosun; Communicat­ions - Oluremi Tinubu; and Corporatio­n and Integratio­n in Africa and NEPAD - Chimaroke Nnamani.
