Senate President Ahmad Lawan has named the chairmanship of 69 standing committees.
They are Abdullahi Adamu as the chairman of the Agriculture Committee; Air force - Bala Ibn Na’Allah; Anticorruption and Financial Crimes Suleiman Kwari; Appropriation -Barau Jibrin; Army - Ali Ndume; Aviation Dino Melaye; Banking, Insurance and other Financial Institutions - Uba Sani; Capital Market - Ibikunle Amosun; Communications - Oluremi Tinubu; and Corporation and Integration in Africa and NEPAD - Chimaroke Nnamani.
