Cititrust Academy graduates management trainees

Cititrust Holdings Plc has unveiled 29 graduate trainees of its newly establishe­d Cititrust Academy Graduate Management Programme.

Speaking at the graduation ceremony in Lagos, the Country Chief Executive, Mr Ikechukwu Peter, said the successful completion of the programme marked the beginning of the institute, a training arm of Cititrust Bank operating across West Africa and Europe.

He admonished the graduands to embrace Cititrust corporate goal of building an amicable financial institutio­n with our products and services enriching the customer experience.

The Group Chief Executive, Mr Yemi Adefisan, who joined the ceremony virtually, said, “They have become an alumnus of a great company and should aspire to become leaders to dominate the entire Africa and the world at large in the provision of bespoke financial services. Nothing should be impossible.”

Its Country Head of Human Capital Management, Mrs Ashetu Banjoko, said over 500 applicants across West Africa applied for the training from which 150 of them were invited for the entry test and 29 made it to the intensive training stage.

The graduands were presented a certificat­e of participat­ion while the most outstandin­g got special prizes.

Adeyemi Segun, who emerged as the best student, said, “Despite all the distractio­ns, we were committed to complete the training because we wanted to be Enablers.”
