They also commended the convener, Mr Festus Adebayo, and his team for organising a successful housing show despite the challenges of COVID-19.

For the Head of Operations, Ogun State

Property and Investment Corporation (OPIC), Mr Sunday J. Fagbenro, the event lived up to its expectations as “we encountered more people who indicated interest in their businesses. We are happy we came for this exhibition, many people who have been trying to reach us were able to do so and we also showcased our services to them. I will be writing my report to the management of OPIC and I am very sure they will be happy too.”

The spokesman of Timberlock Wood Preservatives, Mr Kelvin, also noted that the event was a success and that it really added more clients to their customer base.

Mr Kelvin said, “We got more exposure and we made a lot of sales. It was indeed an exciting time.”

According to Mr Festus Ijeomah of Specexcel Enterprise, the event was made for those in the property sector and that they got real value for their money; noting that the organisers did a splendid job in the arrangement.

Other exhibitors also commended the convener for his resilience in the fight to make the housing sector in Nigeria to be in the limelight in Africa and the world.

They expressed optimism that with more effort by the convener, the housing sector would close up the housing deficit in the country.
