The only option that remains for Nigerians now is to use our PVC to choose a competent and patriotic leader that can take us to the promised land because we have witnessed many hardships and hard times in government. So it is high time Nigerians came back to their senses in choosing a leader in the forthcoming elections 2023.

Nigeria is a great country that is blessed with numerous blessings but we lack good governance and good leaders so it’s time we focused on changing the narrative of this country in the coming elections.

The most painful mistake we are going to made as citizens of this great country is refusing to come out to vote in a good leader. As a citizen of this country make sure you come out and vote.

Make sure your vote counts. Our PVC is the strongest weapon we can use to eject bad leaders and give birth to a better Nigeria of our dream.

Let me ask this of my fellow country men and women, do you have voter’s card? Do you even know the essence or importance of voter’s card? With this worsening situation that we are in, our voter’s card remains our freedom so make sure you have you voter’s card to avoid misfortune and putting bad governance in the governing system of this country.

Ensure you have your voter’s card and use it to change your future because your vote can be the best medicine or solution to Nigeria. Don’t vote for money or materialistic things because they only last for a moment, they are transient in nature. But vote for your right and for your conscience.

With our vote we can give birth to a Nigeria of our dreams, a better and sustainable Nigeria that everyone will feel the sense of togetherness regardless of our religion and tribe; all that matters is a united Nigeria. Election should not be used to cause trouble.

Our PVCs remain our last ever strong weapon to eliminate leaders who don’t mean well for our country and its people and the only means to achieving our aim of restoring the lost glory of our dear nation. when tenants demands too much and do not fall under the services stated to be provided, or when there is call for argumentation of the service charge during unforeseen circumstances like the increment in diesel prices.

So the lease agreement is a key driver for harmony between both parties.

One needs to realize that any action is a good action, you have to be proactive and not reactive as it will prevent several unnecessary or unpleasant situations. It makes you to be in charge and in control of managing the serviced and furnished apartment.
