Medical management include the use of hormonal drugs to reduce menstrual flow. Also the use of Gonadotrophin releasing hormonal analogue which will cause amenorrhea or even tip her to menopause.

Surgical method include polypectomy or total abdominal hysterectomy. It will not be advisable to do myomectomy in a forty nine year old who has completed her family size.

There is no hard and fast rule about time of circumcision. It can be done in babies as well as in adults.

For newborn babies, I normally advised on the eight day. For those who will be doing naming ceremony, I do advise them to come a day after. But the bottom line is that it could be done anytime.
