Out­go­ing youth corps mem­bers hon­our Tam­buwal

Youth corps mem­bers in Sokoto State have com­mended Gov­er­nor Aminu Waziri Tam­buwal for the fa­therly role he played in their ser­vice year, and have urged other pub­lic of­fi­cials to em­u­late him.

Speak­ing in Sokoto when they vis­ited the gov­er­nor to present him with a gift to show their ap­pre­ci­a­tion for a suc­cess­ful ser­vice year, one of the corps mem­bers, Ms Ibi­ateli Christo­pher, said all of them have en­joyed their stay in Sokoto and have re­solved to be am­bas­sadors of the state wher­ever they go.

She thanked the gov­er­nor for the care and con­cern for their safety, wel­fare and ca­reer de­vel­op­ment dur­ing the ser­vice year.

Gov­er­nor Tam­buwal com­mended them for re­main­ing peace­ful through­out their ser­vice year and urged them to con­tinue to give their best for the unity and progress of the na­tion.
