Outgoing youth corps members honour Tambuwal
Youth corps members in Sokoto State have commended Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal for the fatherly role he played in their service year, and have urged other public officials to emulate him.
Speaking in Sokoto when they visited the governor to present him with a gift to show their appreciation for a successful service year, one of the corps members, Ms Ibiateli Christopher, said all of them have enjoyed their stay in Sokoto and have resolved to be ambassadors of the state wherever they go.
She thanked the governor for the care and concern for their safety, welfare and career development during the service year.
Governor Tambuwal commended them for remaining peaceful throughout their service year and urged them to continue to give their best for the unity and progress of the nation.
