With harmattan comes dryness, cracking and problemati­c skin and hair. However, the most saddening is probably the breakage and shedding of hair. Thankfully, if you know how to get a grip of it, you won’t have to deal with it. Here are some pretty simple measures to prevent hair breakage.

Inner health shows on the outside. Drink as much water as you can to keep your hair hydrated even if you can’t wash it as frequently as you may wish. It will go a long way.
