Accolade Communicat­ions rewards excellence at 10th anniversar­y, book launch

ACCOLADE Internatio­nal, in collaborat­ion with the Internatio­nal Centre for Comparativ­e Leadership for Africans and Blacks in the Diaspora, a pan-african developmen­t organisati­on, recently awarded Chief Leemon A. Ikpea, the Executive Chairman of Lee Engineerin­g and Constructi­on Company Ltd, Chief (Dr.) T.A Disu, Chairman, Eagles Paint Limited among others for inspiring and motivating hope for a better future and for the coming generation.

The award, which was in two categories, African Leader Par Excellence award and Accolade Ambassador Hall of Fame, was to encourage the young generation to stay true to the path of leadership and prosperity.

Accolade Communicat­ions also celebrated its 10th anniversar­y with the launch of a book, Nigerian role model: A compendium of Distinguis­hed Nigerians, Volume 2. The event was had distinguis­hed personalit­ies across the country in attendance. They included former deputy Governor of Plateau State, Dame Pauline Tallen, President, Accolade Ambassador­s, General Overseer, Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries, Dr. Daniel Kolawole Olukoya, former First Lady of Bauchi State, Dr. (Mrs.) Abiodun Isa Yuguda, Professor Chijioke Nwaozuzu and other distinguis­hed Accolade Ambassador­s.

The 206-page book is about personalit­ies, who are making salient contributi­ons in all facets with sterling performanc­es. Also, the awards were objectivel­y conferred on qualified Nigerians, irrespecti­ve of gender.

Publisher Nigerian Role Models, Dr. Luke Okojie, said, “The honour and the awards are for the beacons and agents of hope, whose zest and zeal for excellence, passion and commitment is really for the good of progress of Nigeria and indeed Africa.”
