Akure Agog As Aeredolu, Others Grace Adeleye ’ s Wedding

THewedding ceremony of the daughter of Amotekun Commander, Chief Adetunji Adeleye, held in Akure, the Ondo State capital, was grand, as the crème de la crème of society converged to honour the two influentia­l families.

Ondo State Governor Rotimi Akeredolu and other notable Nigerians, last Saturday, joined other dignitarie­s at the ceremony.

Speaking as Chairman during the wedding reception of Oluwadayo and Oluwaseun at the Internatio­nal Event and Cultural Centre in Akure, Akeredolu said love in matrimony could only remain evergreen if the couple choose to keep away third parties from their affairs.

While identifyin­g the fear of God as the corner- piece of a peaceful home , Akeredolu prayed for the success of the union and advised Oladayo and Oluwaseun to continuall­y remember the quality education and sound mentorship made available to them by their parents, and as such work hard to replicate same in their children.

The governor used the opportunit­y to congratula­te parents of the couple, advising them to allow their children learn the joy and enduring experience of building a virile and productive family.

Dignitarie­s at the reception included Deputy Governor of Ondo State, Lucky Ayedatiwa; Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Bamidele Oleyelogun; Acting Chairman of the All Progressiv­es Congress ( APC), Ade Adetimehin; Akeredolu’s Chief of Staff Chief Olugbenga Ale; royal fathers, such as Chairman of the state Council of Obas and Olugbo of Ugbo, Oba Fredrick Akinruntan; Olowo of Owo, Oba Ajibade Ogunoye; Deji of Akure, Oba Ogunlade Aladetoyin­bo, and Olori of Oni of Ife, Princess Naomi Ogunwusi. Others were led by the state Commission­er of Police, Bolaji Salami, Commanders of Amotekun in Oyo, Osun, Ekiti and Ogun states.
