Akure Agog As Aeredolu, Others Grace Adeleye ’ s Wedding

THewedding ceremony of the daughter of Amotekun Commander, Chief Adetunji Adeleye, held in Akure, the Ondo State capital, was grand, as the crème de la crème of society converged to honour the two influential families.

Ondo State Governor Rotimi Akeredolu and other notable Nigerians, last Saturday, joined other dignitaries at the ceremony.

Speaking as Chairman during the wedding reception of Oluwadayo and Oluwaseun at the International Event and Cultural Centre in Akure, Akeredolu said love in matrimony could only remain evergreen if the couple choose to keep away third parties from their affairs.

While identifying the fear of God as the corner- piece of a peaceful home , Akeredolu prayed for the success of the union and advised Oladayo and Oluwaseun to continually remember the quality education and sound mentorship made available to them by their parents, and as such work hard to replicate same in their children.

The governor used the opportunity to congratulate parents of the couple, advising them to allow their children learn the joy and enduring experience of building a virile and productive family.

Dignitaries at the reception included Deputy Governor of Ondo State, Lucky Ayedatiwa; Speaker of the state House of Assembly, Bamidele Oleyelogun; Acting Chairman of the All Progressives Congress ( APC), Ade Adetimehin; Akeredolu’s Chief of Staff Chief Olugbenga Ale; royal fathers, such as Chairman of the state Council of Obas and Olugbo of Ugbo, Oba Fredrick Akinruntan; Olowo of Owo, Oba Ajibade Ogunoye; Deji of Akure, Oba Ogunlade Aladetoyinbo, and Olori of Oni of Ife, Princess Naomi Ogunwusi. Others were led by the state Commissioner of Police, Bolaji Salami, Commanders of Amotekun in Oyo, Osun, Ekiti and Ogun states.
