Korede Bello, Lepacious Bose, Others Fight Drug Abuse In Trap

TO mark the Internatio­nal Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Traffickin­g, foremost media production outfit, Jeyten Production, is set to premiere a movie titled Trap.

Produced by Jumoke Odetola and directed by Gboyega Ashowo, the movie, which features Korede Bello, Gt Da Guitarman among other stars, will premiere at the Silverbird Galleria in Abuja on Friday the 25th of June 2022. The premiere is also in conjunctio­n with the National Drug Law Enforcemen­t Agency ( NDLEA) and MTN.

Speaking at the press conference, which took place at Workcity Coworking space,

Lekki, the Chairman/ Chief Executive of the National Drug Law Enforcemen­t Agency, NDLEA, ( Rtd.) Brig. Gen. Mohamed Buba Marwa urged Nigerians, especially the youths, to shun drug abuse and other related vices and work towards making the society better and safer; implement health policies that would make provisions for the improvemen­t of the lives of people with the disorder.

Also, the film’s lead actor and producer, Jumoke Odetola, said “People may not understand or even listen to others when they talk. But when they watch us do what we do. The people naturally want to copy. This is the inspiratio­n behind this. We want to impact lives in the most effective way we can.”
