JAM’IYYATU Ansariddeen ( Attijaniyyah) has called on Nigerians to emulate the virtues of the Holy Prophet ( SAW) to make the country a better place to live.

The group during its 6th Nigeria World Maulid anniversary, themed ‘ The prophetic solutions to the questions of humanity’ emphasized the need to embrace the exemplary life of prophet Muhammad ( SAW) in the home which is the bedrock of the society.

Speaking during the 3- day conference, the National Secretary of the organisation, Alhaji Qasim Yahya, said returning to Allah through the exemplary lifestyle of the prophet is the only solution to the global challenges.

“We have so many challenges facing humanity today, virtually everywhere in the world is battling with one issue or the other, ranging from governance, family values, health and others.

“We have to go back to the holy prophet ( SAW) ways, we look at his noble experience, how he was able to administer Makkah, Medinah and the whole world. He was a leader more than 1400 years ago and after his demise people still sacrificed their lives for him, his course and his services. He added that the Holy Prophet is a role model who speaks a little but does more, even the Western critic today agrees that the prophet Muhammad is a perfect example to humanity.”

He said the group decided to converge to educate the populace and made suggestions and recommendations to the government on how the Holy Prophet ( SAW) administers and manages people.

“We have seen the challenges in the Nigerian system, the financial reform is not working, Allah enjoins on us an interest- free society which is capable of transforming any society. The gathering discusses Islamic financial models which will be beneficial to this country.”

He noted that good governance can only be achieved when we follow the rules and regulations of our role model, prophet Muhammad ( SAW) with sincerity.

The Coordinator, Social Media Publicity, Sheikh Sulaimon Baye Abdul Wahab Coker, said the organisation was established to unite Muslims worldwide and impact mankind.

He urged the youths to focus on their future instead of engaging in irrelevant action which can be demeaning to their future.
