TEETH 4 TEETH ...

What Burna Boy, Whiz Kid, Davido Have In Common

ASIDE from being Nigeria music superstars, Burna Boy, Whiz Kid and Davido all have another thing in common. For every other video you see these young men on social media ( off stage), they are holding tiny wraps of Indian Hemp ( marijuana) without a care in the world.

At first, T4T did not take these videos seriously, but as time went on, it became very disturbing. Most artistes smoke weed, even the old generation ones, but hardly would you see them publicly advertise that fact. But not this new generation! It has become a fad among them, so much so, they glorify the substance in songs. And ironically, this generation of ‘ No Gree For Anybody’ loves it. It is beginning to dawn on T4T why Burna Boy about two years ago publicly and controversially declared that “everybody smokes weed” in Nigeria. Why won’t he say that? He is a man about town, guess he sees everybody smoking weed around and about him.

This brings T4T to ask what manner of role models are these stars to the youths with the promotion of marijuana? Most young people see these artistes as role models and whatever they do positively or otherwise have a tendency to influence them. And since the likes of Burna Boy, Davido and Whiz Kid among others openly smoke weed, these youngsters will have every reason to see smoking of weed as cool. Now, we know why the National Drugs Law Enforcement agency, the NDLEA have their hands full chasing dealers and users of hard drugs. And to think they are also brand Ambassadors for so many multinationals. Nice one.

What is T4T even saying? Another star, Naira Marley, the president of the cult following called ‘ Marlians’ who also publicly smokes weed in his videos is an Ambassador of the NDLEA and T4T has heard say his aim is to discourage young people from drugs addiction. That is so sweet of Naira Marley!

Paul Adams First Birthday After...

DO you still remember that veteran Nollywood star, Paul Adams? Yes, you do. You should, but well, not this ‘ Soro Soke’ generation anyway. T4T told you sometime back how the handsome actor in his early 60s with a trademark moustache who held viewers to their TV screens in the 90s, got married to new wife. Yes, a new wife, because T4T cannot independently verify if he was married before or not.

However, this piece of information is not about Paul Adams getting married to another new wife o, it is about how he celebrated his birthday some couple of days ago. For want of something to do, T4T as usual, decided to snoop around on the social media. He landed eventually, on the Facebook Timeline of Paul Adams where bros splashed all over different birthday poses and flowery words to celebrate himself. A teenage star would not have done better. For days, he refused to pull his legs off the pedal of the celebration and this had T4T wondering at a point. Bros, haba! Slow down na, why make some of us wey nor dey celebrate birthdays very jealous and uncomfortable? Anyway, happy birthday to you bros, the only anger of T4T is that in all your excitement online, you did not reveal where the whole thing went down eventually, so that some of wey nor get work for jus come eat free rice and some ‘ shicken’ and even carry go home.

Why Artistes Should Not Listen To What That Port Harcourt Pastor Said

SOME days ago, a Port Harcourt, Rivers State- based Pastor publicly said anybody, he meant, ANYBODY who got paid for working for the church, will NEVER get out of poverty.

T4T has the video.

Let T4T break it down for you. If you are a ‘ church worker’, an usher or you were a guest artiste or drummer or comedian and you were paid a performance fee, you will never get out of poverty. The likes of comedians Gordons, Kenny Black, Akpororo and the legion of comedians who perform every other Sunday and at big church concerts should be very worried by now!
