Agroup of young visionary Nigerians are challenging the status quo and reshaping the landscape of technology education in the country.

Mosope Mosuro, 21, Ugochukwu Nebeani, 20, Uyiosa Isibor, 20 and Oneil Obidiaso, 19 are emerging as a beacon of innovation, aiming at bridging the talent gap in programming and technology skills across the nation.

Nigeria, with its burgeoning population and rapidly growing economy, stands at the forefront of Africa’s technological revolution, however, despite the country’s potential, there exists a significant shortage of skilled professionals in the field of technology. The impact of tech education extends far beyond the classroom. By empowering individuals with in- demand tech skills, these young men with their academy are unlocking vast economic potential and driving innovation across various sectors of the Nigerian economy. A study by Mckinsey & Company estimates that closing the skills gap in Nigeria could add over $ 140 billion to the countryside by 2030, underscoring the transformative power of initiatives like Cybite academy.

As Cybite Academy continues to gain momentum, the team remains committed to its vision of creating a more inclusive and technologically advanced Nigeria. With a steadfast dedication to excellence and a passion for empowering others, they are not only building a successful tech company but also paving the way for a brighter future for generations to come.

According to a report by the World Economic Forum, Nigeria faces a shortage of over 300,000 skilled technology workers, highlighting a critical need to nurture and develop local talent.

At Cybite Academy, the team is on a mission to empower the next generation of Nigerian innovators by providing them with the necessary skills and resources to thrive in the digital age. Through a comprehensive curriculum tailored to meet industry demands, the academy offers courses in programming, web development, and UX design, equipping students with the tools they need to succeed in today’s competitive job market.
