The Mystery Of Wickedness ( 2)

THERE are different acts of wickedness expressed in the Bible. The first we shall consider is the case of the trekking prince as seen in Eccl. 10: 5- 7. It is described as a great act of wickedness and an error that is caused by the ruler spirits. This refers to the powers of darkness operating around you. They are powers and sit on the destinies of men. They are glory exchangers who use the glories of others to shine. How else can you explain the situation of a prince trekking while the servants are riding on horses? May God overthrow every form of wickedness in your life in Jesus’ name.

Another example of wickedness is seen in Jer. 18: 19- 29.

While Jeremiah was busy doing good and intercessions for the people, they turned around to do evil to him by digging a pit for his soul. May all those digging a pit for you fall into the pit themselves in Jesus’ name.

Again, we see the case of Cain killing his brother Abel in Gen 4. This was the very first recorded case of sibling rivalry and murder, which is even very rampant today. Great acts of wickedness run in bloodline and family members against one another today. In 2 Chronicles 22: 10, a woman named Athaliah killed her grandsons in order for her to rule as king. One of them, however, escaped and returned after a period of time to put an end to the wickedness. May wickedness be terminated today in your family in Jesus’ name.

Jezebel is another woman known for her wickedness in the Bible ( 2 Kings 21: 7- 14). She killed Naboth because she wanted his plot of land for her husband, Ahab. She committed a lot of atrocities in her time and, today, there are still a lot of Jezebels and daughters of Jezebel perpetuating wickedness everywhere in families, religious centres and the society at large. May you not fall victim to their activities in Jesus’ name.

Some time ago, a lady brought to me her less than one- yearold baby, for prayers. She narrated that she used to leave the baby in a daycare centre when going to work, but later started observing when they returned home in the evening, that the baby would cry and scream all through the night and then refuse to accept breastfeeding from her. She was really disturbed and confused about the situation until one day she went back to the school unannounced, after dropping her baby for the day as usual. She was shocked to see the caregiver forcefully breastfeeding her baby. This is surely an act of witchcraft and baby initiation.

You must be careful about the kind of institutions you send your children to and mind who you leave them with in the name of maids, friends, neighbours and relatives. At certain stages of their life when children cannot explain or stand some levels of attacks, you must guard and protect them seriously.

Prayer Points

1. Every act of wickedness in my family line, expire in Jesus’ name.

2. Any wicked person sitting on my destiny; be unseated by fire.

3. O Lord, those digging a pit for me, may they be buried in the pit.

4. Father, every evil plan against my life, my children or my spouse, let it scatter in Jesus name.

5. Father, whatever has been done against me by wicked powers, undo it by your mercy in Jesus name.
