Watch Out!

-

TO watch is to look out for; it is to be expectant, to look forward to the manifestation of what you are promised or expecting. We must be sensitive not to move our eyes away from God as our source and on what He has promised us.

“Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God,” ( Hebrews 12: 2). “I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye

can do nothing,” ( John 15: 5). Jesus admonished us to watch and pray ( Mark 13: 33) and in Matthew 25: 13- 14. The Bible says: “Watch therefore”… Matthew 25: 13.

There are goods about to be delivered, too many already delivered. This is to make us rule our world. To bring heavens economy to rule on the earth, prepare and watch out for the manifestations of God. “Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven,” ( Matthew 6: 10). “They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed,” ( Psalms 34: 5). They were neither ashamed nor disappointed.

There is a place God has prepared for you; you must look forward with expectation to it. “And Moses sent them to spy out the land of Canaan, and said unto them, get you up this way southward, and go up into the mountain,” ( Numbers 13: 27); “and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared,” ( Exodus 23: 20b).

We must, however, be careful to obey the covenant keys. “Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him. But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries. For mine angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off. Thou shalt not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do after their works: but thou shalt utterly overthrow them, and quite break down their

images,” ( Exodus 23: 21- 24). Sometimes the promise of God seems so big that we feel we cannot achieve it or we do not deserve it, at such time we should pray like the disciples of old, "Lord help my unbelief.”

“Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth. And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said with tears, Lord, I believe; help thou mine unbelief,” ( Mark 9: 23- 24).

We do not need to argue, but to ask the Lord to help our faith to access His riches for us. Let us choose the path of our God.

“He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the Lord require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?” ( Micah 6: 8). If we obey Him we will get the blessings ( Exodus 20: 24).
