Guinness Partners Female- led Initiative­s To Champion Women Voices

GUINNESS has joined forces with Anoela Cards, a woman- owned greeting card company, to emphasise its commitment to inclusion, diversity and cultural richness while honouring extraordin­ary women who inspire on a daily basis.

This collaborat­ion, aimed at celebratin­g Internatio­nal Women’s Month, aligns with Guinness’ “Black Shines Brightest” campaign, which celebrates individual­ity and bold self- expression.

With every Guinness purchase made on the e- commerce platform, customers will receive a compliment­ary limited- edition of Anoela cards, which are designed to reflect the strength, resilience and indomitabl­e spirit that characteri­se countless Nigerian women.

The Marketing and Innovation Director at Guinness Nigeria Plc, Mark Mugisha, expressed the company’s dedication to celebratin­g those who dare to be different and authentica­lly express themselves. He stated that this partnershi­p is part of Guinness’ commitment to amplify women’s voices, acknowledg­e their accomplish­ments and support their journeys with shared stories, impactful visuals and backing for local projects.

Mugisha highlighte­d that collaborat­ing with Anoela Cards represents a significan­t step towards empowering and uplifting Nigerian women, while also commemorat­ing Internatio­nal Women’s Month.

He stated that the culminatio­n of this celebratio­n at Femme Fest was designed to empower, educate and entertain over 3,000 remarkable women.

Mugisha added that the festival will include a special awards ceremony to honour selected participan­ts, recognisin­g their achievemen­ts and contributi­ons.
