PINK & BLUE BALL
Haven Foundation held her annual Pink and Blue Fund raising and appreciation ball recently at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos. The 2017/2018 fundraising event was to provide support and raise funds for families dealing with infertility, pregnancy/ baby loss and Genotype challenges.
With a blue carpet tousher in the guest and Lafup Comedian & Kunmi Omisore as the MC’s, notable dignitaries and well wishers who graced the occasion were treated to an evening of splendor and great music by Lami Philips, Black Magic, Femi Leye, Damilare and a dance performance by the Q Dance Center. The Keynote Speech was given by Mrs Yewande Zaccheaus and the Guest of Honour, Mrs Joke Silva, who both encouraged guests to support the vision of the foundation. .
Founder, Omotade Alalade gave awards to a few notable supporters of the foundation who had stood by the foundation from inception; Uche Pedro, Adenike Oyetunde, Fatima Aliko Dangote, Uche Nwaboku, Mrs Gladys Alalade, Lolade Alakija, Foluke Oyeleye. Key Clinics Southshore women and children’s clinic, Georges Memorial Medical Centre, The Bridge Clinic and Olive branch clinic were also recognised for their support, . Beneficiaries who were in attendance all shared their stories and how the foundation had helped put smiles on their faces.
