Adeola Owoade - Adeola is an astute commercial litigator with excellent skills in litigation practice and all forms of ADR, including arbitratio­n, mediation, and conciliati­on. He has represente­d numerous corporate clients, multi-national corporatio­ns and financial institutio­ns in commercial disputes before the Courts in Nigeria, local and internatio­nal arbitratio­ns. He is painstakin­g in his legal analysis of technical issues, and is a consummate master of details.

Adeola holds a first degree in Law from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria graduating with First Class (Hons) and was the best graduating student in the Faculty of Law of his set, and the overall best graduating student in the University. He also holds a Master of Corporate Law degree from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom, graduating also with First Class (Hons). He is one of the first Herbert Smith Freehills’ African Scholars of the University of Cambridge. He is also an accomplish­ed legal author with several scholarly publicatio­ns to his credit.
