Odu’a Unveils Multimillion Naira Estate
Odu’a Investment Company Limited, the investment portfolio of six South West States, Tuesday attained another feat with the commissioning of a multi million naira housing estates at Jericho GRA of Ibadan.
Tagged “Ace Estate’’, the new property was part of various Property Redevelopment Programme of the company. The commissioning, which attracted past and present boards of directors of the company was furnished to meet with the “modern exquisite and quintessentially finished residential estate’’ located within the prime location of Jericho GRA.
The Estate comprises three luxury units of five bed rooms duplex and four luxury unit of four bedroom duplex tastefully designed with all rooms en suite, with modern amenities that appealed to middle class family. The Estate also has street and perimeter lighting, swimming pool, fitness center, electricity, water supply, underground drainage system and stone pave roads.
According to the Group Managing Director, Mr. Adewale Raji, the estate was constructed in nine months and now available for group or individual who desire to acquire such quality of property in Ibadan, the State capital.
Raji said the property was completed within the time frame of its schedule adding that it was done with the internally sourced funds adding that, “Sustaining the quality of this kind of Estate is very key to Odu’a investment,” he noted.
While speaking, the pioneer chairman of Odu’a investment, Basorun Kola Daisi said Odu’a conglomerate, in spite of several turbulence has remained the vanguard of upholding the common heritage of the Yoruba nation and with a renewed mandate to be the engine room for economic development and competitiveness of western Nigeria.
