Bellpoint Energy Hosts Female Youth Football Tournament
ell Point hosted its annual female secondary school football event with the Sunshine Queens triumphing over the Collin Edwin Girls 5-3 on penalties after an exciting 2-2 score draw.
The final match, which was held in the Asfro stuff pitch, National stadium, Surulere Lagos, at the weekend, was among the several initiatives Bellpoint carries out annually as part of it cooperate social responsibility to the community.
Speaking at the event, the Managing Director of Bellpoint, Mrs. Gladys Amefele, represented by Mrs. Yemisi Adebambo lauded the partners of the event, stating that the competition was among other initiatives Bellpoint employs to channel young people’s resources towards positive endeavours.
Amefele stated that Bellpoint’s commitment is to continue to assist the youths and engage them in positive and constructive projects that would help them become productive individuals in the community.
