Oshodi-Isolo Local Govt Chair Tasks FG on Economy Recovery

The Chairman of Oshodi-Isolo Local Government Area of Lagos State, Hon. Muse Ariyoh, has called on the federal government to continue to focus its development agenda on economic recovery. He disclosed this in Lagos during the 57tI Independence Day celebrations and the donation of gifts items to the out-of-school children foundation in Ladipo Bus Stop Area Secretariat of the foundation

According to a statement made available to THISDAY by the Media Consultant, Aramide Noibe, Ariyoh urged Nigerians to be fervent in prayer in order for the economy to improve, while calling for continued peaceful coexistence among all.

“We must assist the leaders in authority with our prayers in order to promote transparent and efficient administration of the governance of the country. Public office holders should listen to the yearning of the masses. This will ensure that they enjoy the dividends of democracy. It will also boost the confidence they have on their elected representatives.”

It further stated that the chairman donated food items and toiletries to the foundation. Ariyoh also presented a cash gift and shelter to Mrs. Blessing Gift, and her five children whom were introduced by Mrs. Abosede Sorarasin.

In her welcome address, the Founder of the Home, Alhaja Tolu Kelani, commended the chairman’s dogged strides to improve the society especially the local government and the country.
