55 Become PPP Professionals
Fifty-five officials from public and private sector organisations in Nigeria have joined Public-Private Partnership (PPP) professionals from across 64 other countries to obtain the Certified Public-Private Partnership Professional (CP3P) foundation level certification.
According to a statement, the successful candidates drawn from a number of federal government’ s Ministries, Departments and Agencies, including those from Kaduna State government as well as participants from the private sector were awarded certificates, upon successful completion of the CP3P foundation level examination in Abuja recently.
At the event to witness the certificate presentation was the representative of the Ag. Director General of the ICRC, Mike Ohiani; Executive Director, Stakeholder Relations and Corporate Communications, Dangote Group, Mansur Ahmed; Mr. Gabriel Ekanem, CEO, Weir Capacity Limited, facilitators of the training, representatives of various multi-lateral organisations including the WorldBank, African Development Bank, Islamic Development Bank, senior government officials and PPP practitioners. “The CP3P is the foremost certification programme for PPP practitioners worldwide. The globally endorsed programme is an innovation of the Asian Development Bank, (ADB), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and the Multi-lateral Investment Fund (MIF).
