ACAMB En­dorses New EXCO

The As­so­ci­a­tion of Cor­po­rate Af­fairs Man­agers of Banks (ACAMB) re­cently held its 2017 An­nual Gen­eral Meet­ing (AGM) where it en­dorsed mem­bers of its ex­ec­u­tive com­mit­tee (exco) for two-year ten­ure. ACAMB re­cently an­nounced mem­bers of its in­terim exco which were re-con­sti­tuted to drive the vi­sion of the or­gan­i­sa­tion. By the rat­i­fi­ca­tion, all the exco mem­bers have as­sumed their sub­stan­tive po­si­tions. ACAMB Pres­i­dent is the Di­vi­sional Head, Brand & Com­mu­ni­ca­tions, Fi­delity Bank Plc, Mr. Charles Aigbe, who is to lead the team of mar­ket­ing com­mu­ni­ca­tions pro­fes­sion­als in the in­dus­try. “As Aigbe takes on the oner­ous task of repo­si­tion­ing the as­so­ci­a­tion for greater im­pact, es­pe­cially in the area of build­ing mar­ket con­fi­dence across dif­fer­ent seg­ments and key stake­hold­ers groups, he is equally sup­ported by a vi­brant 12-man Exco to lever­age on wide range of ex­per­tise with com­bined in­dus­try ex­pe­ri­ence span­ning over 100 years ,” a state­ment from the as­so­ci­a­tion added. The po­si­tion of first Vice Pres­i­dent is oc­cu­pied by the Head, Cor­po­rate Af­fairs, Union Bank, Ogochukwu Ekezie-Ekai­dem; while the Head, Cor­po­rate Af­fairs, Brand & Mar­ket­ing Depart­ment of Stan­dard Char­tered Bank, Dayo Aderugbo is the sec­ond Vice-Pres­i­dent. In the same vein, the Head, Cor­po­rate Com­mu­ni­ca­tion of Skye Bank, Mr. Rasheed Bo­lar­inwa, is the Sec­re­tary-Gen­eral of the as­so­ci­a­tion. He is as­sisted by Shola Ogun­yemi of Ecobank. The Head, Brand Man­age­ment of First Bank,Bukola Oluyadi and Head, Dig­i­tal Mar­ket­ing & Com­mu­ni­ca­tions of FCMB, Lola Eg­boh, holds the po­si­tions of Trea­surer and Fi­nan­cial Sec­re­tary re­spec­tively. Other Ex­ec­u­tive mem­bers in­clude Mr. Matthew Obi­azik­wor, Head, Cor­po­rate Com­mu­ni­ca­tions, Unity Bank who is the Pub­lic­ity Sec­re­tary and Brid­get Oye­feso-Odusami of Stan­bic-IBTC, the So­cial Sec­re­tary.
