Weststar, Barbedos Cars Host Mercedes-Benz Service Campaign
eststarAssociates Limited, the authorised general distributors of Mercedes-Benz passenger and commercial vehicles in Nigeria, in collaboration with one of its authorised dealerships – Barbedos Cars Limited began a special vehicle service programme inAbuja this week that would end on December 8. Weststar said, in a statement, that this campaign was “part of the strategic directions aimed at achieving superior after-sales quality of service and enhancing customer relationship.” According to the company, “This service week campaign serves as an opportunity for MercedesBenz passenger car owners in Abuja to bring their cars to the workshop in preparation for the upcoming yuletide season.” Special offers for each week, they said would include “free diagnostics and engine checks, free labor for every car serviced, availability of genuine parts at special prices and also, free parts and service advice for the next five weeks. Due to concerns raised by the management over the increase in road accidents during the holiday season, the service campaign was initiated to help reduce the frequency of road casualties by attracting Mercedes-Benz customers to come partake in free service of their cars at a much more subsidised cost.”
