PAN OCEAN BOSS, FESTUS FADEYI, MOVES INTO MULTI-MILLION NAIRA IKOYI CRESCENT HOME

-

Even under the burden of debt, oil magnate, Festus Fadeyi still doesn’t compromise his accustomed life of patrician comfort. Despite having a portfolio of luxury homes across the world, he is not done erecting homes that occasion gawks and double takes. Sources close to him say he just moved into a massive property in the elitist Ikoyi Crescent, Lagos. The mouth-watering, multi-million naira house, it was gathered, sits on massive land and is fitted with every imaginable luxury that makes living worthwhile for the blessed and favoured. The source further added that apart from the big swimming pool, the new house has all the trappings of a dream house that many can only dream about, the likes of which you find only in Monaco or Marbella. The

land was allegedly procured by knocking down many houses in old Ikoyi. Nobody forgets Festus’s mansion in a hurry. Behind the gates of the impressive manor, luxury saunters in a colourful garb. The interior depicts his dreams of bliss; you could be forgiven for mistaking it for the fabled Atlantis. Amid its enchanting premises, you could get lost, especially if you are a first time visitor. Recurrent callers at the mansion have been known to marvel and keel over in humility, in deference to its lavish treats. Outside, the building is garlanded with arcs and flowers, and bunches of knot-grass. Festus’s manor is a testament of class. However, the social barometer is flailing wildly. In twos and threes and more, it is being discussed in hushed tones and sometimes openly that Toke Makinwa, the latest apple of Festus’ eyes will probably move in with him in the new mansion. Though Festus has 5 growing up children but he is madly in love with Toke. Even the most formidable nobility in the world transforms into a lady’s fool, when caught in the pleasure trove of love. They have been dating for quite sometime now. However, like all conquests, Toke is desperate to retain the love of the old man. And Festus may have no other alternative but keep his love for her intact. That is because, unlike all his other conquests, she possesses the bragging rights to his affection. Expensive top designer dresses, a new Range Rover Sport and a tastefully furnished apartment in highbrow Ikoyi, Lagos makes falling in love with an older man pretty easy and so much fun for Toke who divorced her husband, Maje Ayida, last year. Add to the mix, unrestricted access to gold and platinum credit cards and the innumerable possibilities presented by Festus, and you have a gleeful, girly paramour whose joy knows no limits. Flying private jet to Europe just to spend some days in an exclusive sauna or salon, getting her hair and nails done and a bank account set up where her much older companion deposits money in dollars to cover “incidentals” like Chanel bags, Hermes belts and the latest Louboutins and Gucci shoes, make Toke the ‘dopest’ sugar baby in town. Whether Toke will move in anytime soon or remain in the wondrous apartment he got for her, only time will tell.
