According to culture, the Henna ceremony which is one of the activities required for Maimuma Indimi and Mustafa Masango to become husband and wife took place in Borno State. Indimi, who is never apologetic for his lust for opulence, believes no expense will be too much to give his daughter a memorable wedding.
