Lagos CIBN Hosts Stakeholders

The President/Chairman of Council of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Prof. Segun Ajibola, is visiting the Lagos State branch of the institute from Thursday, 15th February, 2018 to Saturday,17thFebruary,2018.Thepurposeofthevisitistoengagethe stakeholders with a view to deepening banking profession in Lagos According to a statement, Ajibola would be received on arrival at the premises of the branch by the LagosChairman, Mr. Kola Abdul and his Executive Committee Members along with some past chairmen of the branch,chairmen of Lagos Satellite branches and chapters,members of the institute and students of the department of Banking and Finance from higher institutions in Lagos. The President/Chairman of Council’s Stakeholder engagements will include courtesy visits to some Heads of academic institutions and top government functionaries in Lagos State among others. TheHost,LagosStateBranchisalsoorganisingaRoadShowinhonour of the President, tagged “Walk for Fitness with CIBN President,” which is scheduled for Saturday morning, 17th February, 2018. “The walk is expected to commence at 7.00am prompt at the UBA House, Marina, Lagos and terminate at National Stadium, Surulere. “The 3-day visit would be rounded up with a Dinner slated for the evening of 17th February 2018 in honour of the President/Chairman of Council,” the statement added.
