Campari Rewards Trade Partners to Grow Brand in Nigeria

Patrons of Campari, a premium drink from the stable of Brian Munro Limited, were recently celebrated for their loyalty to the brand. The event was at the 2018 Campari Nigeria Trade Partners Award, where many partners of the brand in Nigeria were rewarded with cash and other valuable gifts.

The event, which was hosted by Brian Munro Limited, the sole distributo­r of Campari in Nigeria lived up to its billing as everyone in attendance were given a first-class treat. The highlight of this event was the recognitio­n distinguis­hed trade partners of Campari in Nigeria as top-rated entertaine­rs took turns to serenade everyone seated.

The tone of the event was set by R&B crooner, Kola Soul, who did not only lead everyone to give an inspiring rendition of the National anthem and but also mounted the podium thereafter to demonstrat­e his mastery of music. The comedy duo of Tee-A and MC Abbey anchored the evening as they spiced it up with exhilarati­ng comic relief. However, leading the roll call of stellar music performanc­es is the iconic singer and brand ambassador for Campari, Tu Babawas joined on stage by Rude Boy of the P-Square fameduring his live performanc­e.Entertaini­ng music performanc­es were also provided by Salt of the Earth band while DJ Cypha was on hand to play pulsating songs at different intervals.

Speaking to a select gathering of customers and trade partners, the Marketing Manager, Brian Munro Limited, Nkechi Nwachukwu, in her statement described the award as an opportunit­y for the company to celebrate its trade partners who have been loyal to the brand and did exceptiona­l performanc­e despite the tough economic situation witnessed last year.

Over twenty-five, major distributo­rs received awards for their outstandin­g trade efforts and loyalty. Notably amongst the winners are Amadi Theresa Nnedia of Verchi Stores, Ndubisi Dennis Onyeananuo­f Uzems Aba andChogozi­eAnagwuofC­higotexroy­al link limited who aside the trophies presented to them also went home with the sum of 2,821,514 NGN; 3,264,080 NGN and 7,596,446NGNresp­ectively.

In his reaction, the star prize winner Chogozie Anagwu of Chigotexro­yal Link Limited said the recognitio­n from the company made him feel on top of the world, adding that for over the years, they have consistent­ly inspired and provided the remarkable support required for a stronger partnershi­p.

The brand manager, Campari Nigeria, Rilwan Shofunde, added that the company’s strong belief in fostering a fortified partnershi­p with its major distributo­rs is a continuous journey that the management is committed to. He added that the attestatio­n made at the event by major distributo­rs further reiterated the respect and value for a worthwhile relationsh­ip with the trade partners.”
