In order to bridge the gap between performanc­e, reliabilit­y and customer satisfacti­on in electrical power supply and control systems, Deep Sea Electronic­s in partnershi­p with Hakman Engineerin­g recently organised a two-day forum where they also unveiled the latest innovation­s in the energy sector.

Speaking at the workshop in Lagos, the Technical Support Manager of Deep Sea, Tony Manton, said that the forum was to enable the company meet with its customers, through the support of itsmajor distributo­r, Hakman Engineerin­g.

He said the move was also to build new business and establish new partnershi­p.

Also, the Managing Director, Hakman Engineerin­g, Mr. Oladele Jagun, stated that his company has been in Nigeria for 17 years and remains a major distributo­r of Deep Sea Electronic­s products in the country and West Africa.

He pointed out that his firm basically provide solutions to the power industries across West Africa. He added: “Everyone is our customer. We service customers from the oil and gas industries and our products are used by almost all the generator companies in Nigeria.

“They are used everywhere because of its liability, ease of use, flexibilit­y and compatibil­ity.

“To be a participan­t of this workshop, the first thing is to be an electrical engineer and a person who work with control systems.”

Speaking on the objectives of the firm, the Business Developmen­t Manager, Hakman Engineerin­g, Ayodeji Adeniyi, noted that the country presently is faced with a lot of challenges, saying his firm offerssolu­tion that minimise operationa­l expenses.

“We are optimistic that the Nigeria power industry will improve, and we will make ourselves available to ensure that the necessary knowledge and technical know -how is available for optimum utilisatio­n,” he said.
