Nigeria vs Czech Republic Friendly Live on DStv, GOtv

Nigerian football fans will today have another opportunit­y to watch the Super Eagles prepare for the World Cup in their pretournam­ent clash with Czech Republic. The match will be broadcast live on SuperSport 3 and SuperSport 9 on DStv and on SuperSport Select 1 on GOtv beginning at 1:50pm.

Managing Director, MultiChoic­e Nigeria, Mr. John Ugbe said yesterday that the company is delighted to air the internatio­nal friendlies live to Nigerian fans as this will provide them the opportunit­y to gauge the World Cup preparatio­ns of the Super Eagles as well as those of other teams competing in the tournament.

“Football fans are eagerly anticipati­ng the commenceme­nt of the World Cup and MultiChoic­e Nigeria is delighted to help Nigerians keep tabs on the Super Eagles and other teams by airing their friendly matches on SuperSport,” he said.

Other internatio­nal friendlies to be broadcast live on DStv include England vs Costa Rica on Thursday, June 7, on SuperSport 3, SuperSport 13 and SuperSport 14 at 7:45pm; Germany vs Saudi Arabia on Friday, June 8, on SuperSport 3 at 6:15pm; and Poland vs Chile on the same day on SuperSport 13 and SuperSport 14 at 7: 30pm.

On Saturday, June 9, fans will have the chance to watch Sweden play Peru. The match will air live on SuperSport 13, SuperSport 14 and SuperSport 3 at 6:00pm, while on Sunday, 10 June, Austria will take on eternal World Cup favourites, Brazil. The match will be shown live on SuperSport 13, SuperSport 14 and SuperSport 3, at 2: 45pm.

The last match of the internatio­nal friendlies will be on Tuesday, June 12, when Poland will take on Lithuania. The match will air live on SuperSport 3 at 4: 45pm.

With the 2018 FIFA World Cup only a few days away, customers will be able to enjoy all 64 games on six dedicated SuperSport channels on all DStv packages.

MultiChoic­e Nigeria also promised that GOtv subscriber­s will also enjoy all 64 World Cup games on GOtv Max and GOtv Plus packages while GOtv Value customers can view a total of 56 World Cup games.
