Femi Otedola and DJ Cuppy, the Tale of a Father’s Love

I pity the person stuck with getting a gift for a celebrity. Not only are you buying a present for someone who has pretty much everything they'd ever need, but you're also forced to compete with what other stars have given your famous friend. The bar is set high for a reason. When it comes to gift-giving, Femi Otedola goes hard. Buying a luxury vehicle for a friend may force the average person into debt or robbing a bank, but for the oil and gas mogul, doing so is as obvious as getting your office secret Santa a Starbucks gift card.

Filtering in from the United Kingdom, his daughter, Disc Jockey Cuppy, made the announcement on her Instagram page as she posed with the new white automobile and special plate number CUP 9Y. She now has for herself, courtesy her generous father, a brand new 2018 edition of Range Rover Sport valued at whopping N24 million.

The grateful daughter heartily wrote, "Out with the old, in with the new! Thank you @FemiOtedola."

It is worthy of note that the new car is coming a month after Cuppy's sister, Temi Otedola, also got a brand new Range Rover Evoque from her parents after her graduation.

The one thing rich parents do for their kids which makes all the difference, is to spoil them with expensive gifts. Billionaire Dad, Otedola no doubt does a good job at that.

Truthfully, it's near impossible to understand the lives of the rich and famous. Instead, let's marvel at the gifts that they give and receive, knowing full well that someday we’ll be able to either give and or receive same someday.
