11Plc formerly Mobil Oil Nigeria, has organised the grand raffle draw of the Mobil ‘super peel and win’ marketing promotion.

The campaign concluded the four months intensive travelling and roadshows that began on August 31.

Speaking at the event, the Managing Director, 11Plc, formerly Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc, Mr. Tunji Oyebanji, said the new management recognised the role of marketing promotions in product acceptability, business growth and profitability. He also noted that the recent management restructuring gave birth to a more business inclined, refocused and reenergised company. Oyebanji explained that the grand raffle draw was the seventh out of seven planned raffle draws to reward customers.

He further stated that at various times of the promotion, they conducted raffle draws in seven states capitals including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

According to him: “We started with Ibadan and moved to Port Harcourt, Enugu, Benin City, Kano and Abuja.

Today, we are rounding up with Lagos.

The previous draws produced about 80 winners of the major prizes items that included tricycles, motorcycles, power generators, gas cookers, smart telephone handsets, mechanic toolboxes and cash prizes outside other hundred of freely shared footballs, Mobil NATA mechanic coveralls for mechanics, football jerseys, branded biros and key holders.”

Oyebanji explained that the promotion was the company’s way of appreciating consumers as well as rewarding those consumers with enduring faith in the Mobil lubricant brand for decades.

He commended end users who truly have demonstrated their loyalty to the brand, not minding the lure of some cheap and low quality engine oils in our market.

Oyebanji said: “These categories of users include the vehicle/drivers, motorcycle and tricycle owners/riders and generator repairers/owners.

“But most importantly, autorepairers and mechanics who laterally play some crucial roles in persuading some of these users to buy Mobil engine oil.

This group of auto-repairers largely constitutes the membership of Nigeria Automobile and Technicians Association (NATA).

“The Mobil engine is professionally engineered and blended for the latest engine technology, the idea product for newer engines or older ones in good conditions delivering best all-round performances.

It is this assurance we are giving to you, the users of Mobil lubricant in this occasion.
