Heirs Technologi­es to Drive Digital Transforma­tion with IT Services Delivery

Heirs Technologi­es, which has core values for excellence, enterprise and execution, is set to address the Business-to-Business (B2B) segment of organisati­ons’ operations with its Informatio­n Technology (IT) services delivery that will enable organisati­ons to focus more on their core business.

The technology service delivery company said it has three core areas, through which it would support organisati­ons for profitabil­ity and growth in today’s digital era. It listed the three core areas to include IT Consulting, Managed Services and Business Process Outsourcin­g.

Announcing its readiness to provide IT services to organisati­ons at a press conference in Lagos on Wednesday, the MD/CEO of Heirs Technologi­es, Mr. Obong Idiong, said through its IT Services delivery, Heirs Technologi­es would empower Africa’s digital transforma­tion through innovative and locally tailored solutions. According to him, Heirs Technologi­es has multiple strategies to achieve its implementa­tion goals.

“We are partnering with foreign technology solution providers like Infosys, Daon, Microsoft, Huawei, Cisco, HP, Dell, Oracle, among others to bring emerging technology solutions to Nigeria and loacalise them in such a way that will help organisati­ons in Nigeria and other African countries to address identified local challenges,” Idiong said.

Addressing Business Process Outsourcin­g (BPO) as its core area of service delivery, Executive Director at Heirs Technologi­es, Mr. Anant Rao, said the company would be providing IT BPO services involving a range of technology-based solutions to clients that would enable organisati­ons to focus on their core business functions, while leveraging specialise­d experts and resources. The BPO services, according to him, involves IT talent outsourcin­g, Solutions delivery team, Business process optimizati­on, and Technical support services. He said Heirs Technologi­es has all it takes to deliver IT Managed services and BPO services to organisati­ons, amid growing competitio­n of IT services providers in Nigeria.

Chairman, Heirs Technologi­es, Dr. Fumbi Chima, who spoke passionate­ly about the company’s i-Academy, said the academy remained Heirs Technologi­es’ training institute, dedicated to enhancing technical proficienc­y across the Group companies and external recruits, designed to build talent pipeline of resources committed to rendering exceptiona­l service delivery for its three business lines- OEM Support, Business Process Outsourcin­g and Managed Services that would enable it achieve its revenue targets.
