Adron boss harps on affordable homes for middle class

- Sunday Michael Ogwu, Lagos

In a bid to make homes affordable, the Group Managing Director, Adron Homes, Oba Adetola Emmanuel-King, has said the company is thriving to ensure that the middle income earners become landlords.

Emmanuel-King who made the remarks at the unveiling of EmurenImota Town Park and Garden, City of Rome, Lagos, lamented that middle class income earners have been push to the back seat in enjoying affordable homes.

He said that what seems to be the “exclusive rights” of the rich to live in cozy estates, deprived of the middle class earners would be a thing of the past.

According to him, it is common knowledge that Nigeria is a land where the social and economic gap between the rich and the poor is greater than the physical distance between Nigeria and China.
