If you follow political activities since we returned to democracy in 1999, this year’s budget is the most delayed. In the years of the Peoples Democratic Party, there was harmonization. Things went well. The present administration lacks political structure and internal democracy.

In short, lack of internal political coherence in the All Progressives Congress is the major hindrance for the budget delay.
