PROBLEM: BAD BREATH? TRY: SCRAPING

Getting a piece of food stuck in your teeth for everyone to see can be humiliatin­g enough. Even more humiliatin­g is when it makes your mouth stink. It is called halitosis

Bad breath is not an emergency but up to three in 10 people around the world suffer this distress.

The good thing is it can be remedied in many ways, some as early as when you get out of bed.

Scrape your tongue each morning with a tongue scraper or spoon to decrease the bacteria, fungi, and dead cells that can cause odour.

Hold the tip of the tongue with gauze to pull it forward in order to clean the back of the tongue.
