Bank Muscat marks Al Mazyona quarterly draw in Salalah

Bank Muscat, the flagship financial services provider in the sultanate, as part of its ‘Let’s Do More’ vision and commitment to partnershi­p in encouragin­g a savings culture in Oman, hosted Premier banking customers and an Al Mazyona quarterly prize draw in Salalah.

Dr Hassan bin Said Kashoob, president of Dhofar University, presided on the celebratio­n and picked the winners at the event attended by dignitarie­s and management team members of the bank.

Seventeen winners, including five from asalah Priority Banking and four from Al Jawhar Privilege Banking, won high-value prizes ranging from RO25,000 to RO100,000. The high-value Al Mazyona prizes included RO100,000 each for five asalah Priority banking customers, RO50,000 each for four Al Jawhar Privilege banking customers and RO25,000 each for eight customers. Enhancing a strong savings habit among members of the society, Al Mazyona savings scheme supports customers to fulfill their dreams and aspiration­s.

With RO10mn prize money guaranteei­ng more for everyone to share, the 2017 Al Mazyona savings scheme is the biggest prize money in Oman and the region. Saleh Mohammed al Maini, assistant general manager, Interior Regions, highlighte­d the importance of savings and added that Bank Muscat is proud to reward Al Mazyona customers and encourage a strong savings culture in Oman.

The exciting scheme has a positive impact on the people and the nation with high-value prizes for different segments, including women, children, youth and high-saving customers ranging from RO1,000 weekly prizes to RO10,000 monthly prizes, RO25,000 quarterly prizes and RO100,000 annual prizes.

Al Mazyona offers high-savings customers of asalah Priority Banking chances to be among the four winners of RO30,000 monthly prizes, five winners of RO100,000 quarterly prizes and four winners of RO250,000 year-end prizes. Bank Muscat has also reserved four monthly prizes of RO20,000 and four quarterly prizes of RO50,000 for Al Jawhar Privilege Banking customers. Al Mazyona has a salary transfer scheme to reward winners with a fixed salary prize of RO500 every month for a year.
