Al Awabi re­ceives high­est rain­fall: MRMWR

The Min­istry of Re­gional Mu­nic­i­pal­i­ties and Wa­ter Re­sources (MRMWR) has said that the wi­layat of Al Awabi in South Bati­nah re­ceived the high­est rain­fall (95mm) dur­ing the July 13-15 pe­riod.

Al Awabi was fol­lowed by Rus­taq (79mm), Sa­mail (71mm), Nakhal (55mm), Hamra (50mm), Nizwa (40mm), Izki (30mm), Khabourah (30mm), Quriyat (28mm), Ibri (25mm), So­har (23mm) and Yan­qul (21mm).

Other wilay­ats to re­ceive rain- fall are Amerat (9mm), Wadi Bani Khalid (6mm), Bid­bid (4mm), Dhank (4mm), Mud­haibi (4mm), Wadi al Ma’awel (3mm) and Ibra (3mm), the min­istry stated.
