Al Awabi receives highest rainfall: MRMWR

The Ministry of Regional Municipalities and Water Resources (MRMWR) has said that the wilayat of Al Awabi in South Batinah received the highest rainfall (95mm) during the July 13-15 period.

Al Awabi was followed by Rustaq (79mm), Samail (71mm), Nakhal (55mm), Hamra (50mm), Nizwa (40mm), Izki (30mm), Khabourah (30mm), Quriyat (28mm), Ibri (25mm), Sohar (23mm) and Yanqul (21mm).

Other wilayats to receive rain- fall are Amerat (9mm), Wadi Bani Khalid (6mm), Bidbid (4mm), Dhank (4mm), Mudhaibi (4mm), Wadi al Ma’awel (3mm) and Ibra (3mm), the ministry stated.
