CBO issues treasury bills worth RO41mn

A tender of government treasury bills, issue number 39, was held at the Central Bank of Oman (CBO) this week. The central bank allotted treasury bills worth RO41mn for a maturity period of 28 days (from Wednesday until August 16).

Average accepted price reached RO99.92 for every RO100 bill while the minimum accepted price also arrived at RO99.92. Average discount rate and the average yield reached 0.9888 per cent and 0.9895 per cent, respectively.
