Ex­otic Ke­bab Fete to be held at The Yel­low Chilli till July 31

An ar­ray of de­lec­ta­ble ke­bab va­ri­eties await the food con­nois­seurs at The Yel­low Chilli out­lets in Mus­cat. Masterchef Sanjeev Kapoor has in­spired this North In­dian restau­rant at Al­mouj Mus­cat and Panorama Mall, Bausher and has whipped up a scrumptious plat­ter with a se­lec­tion of unique ke­babs, till July 31, with spe­cial ke­babs for lunch and din­ner to tan­talise your taste buds like never be­fore.

The Ke­bab fes­ti­val is all set to bring out the flavours of the Mughal era which will come alive, with the en­tic­ing smell of suc­cu­lent ke­babs with a rich aroma.

Tirthankar Basu, busi­ness head of Mazaya Oman, has urged ev­ery­one to come along with fam­ily or friends for a tempt­ing tour to the world of aro­matic flavours of age old tra­di­tional Mugh­lai and Afghani cui­sine that would cre­ate a tin­gling in your taste buds made from the se­cret recipes of the ex­ec­u­tive chef of The Yel­low Chilli, Hannan Qureshi, with his well­cho­sen ex­otic spices and in­gre­di­ents.

Chef Qureshi said, “Hav­ing worked with chef Kapoor and hav­ing ex­pe­ri­enced food in mul­ti­ple facets, it gives me im­mense plea­sure to put forth some­thing dis­tinct for the Omani au­di­ence and I'm look­ing for­ward to show­case this unique col­lec­tion of ke­babs to all the food lovers of Oman.”

Restau­rant man­ager Kalyan Bose added that the item not to be missed on the menu is the authen­tic Badami Murgh Seekh, minced chicken flavoured with In­dian spices and gar­nished with al­mond flakes.

The mouth-wa­ter­ing del­i­ca­cies in­clude veg­etable ke­babs like Pa­neer Parme­san Tikka, Gul Mo­har Kabab, Subz Shikham­puri Kabab, Ga­j­jar Mut­ter Ki Tikki, Murgh Lehsuni Tikka, Badami Murgh, Achari Mahi Tikka, Sun­heri Jhinga and Burhani Tawa, all at spe­cial prices. These will be served at lunch from noon till 3pm and at din­ner from 7-11pm.
