Waleed Pharmacy staff bids farewell to long serving employee

After 35 years in Oman, Mukesh Kapashi, project manager at Waleed Pharmacy and Stores, is leaving Oman due to health reasons. Recently, his colleagues held a ceremony to bid him farewell and wish him luck.

“After being in Oman for 35 years, it is sad to leave this country. I have enjoyed working with my colleagues and am happy to say that Oman has given me a great chance.

“The people here are the nicest I have come across. I am leaving but my heart will still be here,” Kapashi said.

According to colleagues, Kapashi was friendly with all and he helped the company and his col- leagues in many ways.

“Kapashi has been so kind to all the staff members. It is so sad to see him leave the company. In addition, he has been very friendly with both the Omani and expatriate staff and we have learned a lot from him. He will surely be missed,” said his colleague Omar Abdullah.
