Al­far­dan Mo­tors of­fers a pleas­ant own­er­ship jour­ney for its Maserati cus­tomers by en­sur­ing high qual­ity af­ter-sales ser­vice which helps them keep their ve­hi­cle in op­ti­mal con­di­tions.

Recog­nis­ing that ev­ery Maserati is a true mas­ter­piece of Ital­ian de­sign, Al­far­dan Mo­tors, the of­fi­cial im­porter of Maserati in Oman, has been of­fer­ing a pre­mium af­ter-sales ser­vice that en­com­passes state-of-the-art treat­ment for all its Maserati mod­els.

Al­far­dan Mo­tors of­fers the high­est qual­ity of ser­vice and fo­cuses on meet­ing each need and de­sire of its cus­tomers.

All ser­vice work is car­ried out by fac­tory-trained and of­fi­cially cer­ti­fied tech­ni­cians who use gen­uine and fac­tory-ap­proved parts backed up by ded­i­cated di­ag­nos­tic ma­chines.

Maserati Main­te­nance Pro­gramme

Of­fer­ing an out­stand­ing own­er­ship ex­pe­ri­ence, the Maserati Main­te­nance Pro­gramme gives cus­tomers pre­paid main­te­nance pack­ages de­signed to help as­sure the great­est ef­fi­ciency and safety. Own­ers can choose pro­grammes that best suit their re­quire­ments. The Maserati Main­te­nance Pro­gramme is ded­i­cated to the Ghi­bli, Le­vante and Qu­at­tro­porte mod­els.

'Pre­mium Ser­vice Plus' also cov­ers ad­di­tional ma­jor com­po­nents (the front and rear brake pads, front and rear brake discs and driver-side or pas­sen­ger­side wiper blades). The ad­di­tional com­po­nents in­cluded in the 'Pre­mium Ser­vice Plus' pro­gramme op­tion may be re­placed once only dur­ing the pro­gramme term. The Maserati Main­te­nance Pro­gramme guar­an­tees that all in­spec­tions and sub­sti­tu­tion of com­po­nents are al­ways per­formed by highly qual­i­fied and tech­ni­cally ad­vanced per­son­nel. The phi­los­o­phy be­hind the Maserati Main­te­nance Pro­gramme is fo­cused on clear con­di­tions: Fixed prices as­sured for spare parts, con­sum­ables and labour for the en­tire pro­gramme term.

With the ex­clu­sive Maserati Ex­tended War­ranty Pro­gramme, own­ers can ex­tend the war­ranty cov­er­age for Maserati ve­hi­cles up to the fifth year with­out mileage lim­its. 'Maserati Ex­tended War­ranty' pro­vides the same cover as the con­trac­tual war­ranty. Maserati Ex­tended War­ranty Pro­grammes are avail­able for the Maserati GranCabrio, GranTurismo, Gran- Turismo MC Stradale. In or­der to en­ter the pro­gramme, own­ers should not have driven more than 100,000km in their Maser­atis.

The Maserati Ex­tended War­ranty may only be re­quested if the ve­hi­cle meets the re­quire­ments such as all the rou­tine and ex­tra­or­di­nary main­te­nance op­er­a­tions re­quired by Maserati have been duly per­formed by an au­tho­rised ser­vice cen­tre as well as all the op­er­a­tions re­quired by the manda­tory ser­vice and/or re­call cam­paigns no­ti­fied by Maserati, the ve­hi­cle has not been in­volved in ma­jor ac­ci­dents or sys­tems tam­pered with, it has not taken part in rac­ing com­pe­ti­tions and the ve­hi­cle is not a stolen one.
