Al Baleed Walk to be Salalah’s ex­cit­ing new food hotspot

Salalah has com­monly been fre­quented by tourists flock­ing in their thou­sands to ex­pe­ri­ence kha­reef and the green sea­son of the beau­ti­ful indige­nous moun­tains. With an ever-grow­ing in­ter­est in the Salalah re­gion, a brand-new life­style des­ti­na­tion is be­ing de­vel­oped on the shore­line, si­t­u­ated next to the lux­u­ri­ous Anan­tara Salalah Re­sort.

Lo­cated on a unique wa­ter­front, Al Baleed Walk of­fers an ideal lo­ca­tion for those look­ing to in­vest in prime lo­ca­tions. “We are look­ing for an in­ter­est­ing mix of food and bev­er­age con­cepts, dif­fer­ent cuisines, ser­vice styles and de­sign ideas; it’s a very ex­cit­ing project and a first for Oman,” said Mike Abou Anni, project man­ager.

Cur­rently, there are eight fully equipped out­lets avail­able for rent with a to­tal space of 185 sq m; 120 sq m is ded­i­cated to in­door space and 65 sq m to out­door ter­raced ar­eas.

Each out­let is con­nected by one long prom­e­nade, so guests can en­joy walk­ing across the seafront, over­look­ing the sandy beaches whilst choos­ing where to dine, unwind and take in the view.

With its one-of-a-kind lo­ca­tion and ex­cep­tional fa­cil­i­ties, Al Baleed Walk is set to be­come the foodie des­ti­na­tion of Salalah, ex­pand­ing the cur­rent life­style of­fer­ing of the re­gion to wel­come Salalah’s throngs of an­nual vis­i­tors and in­hab­i­tants.

Di­nat al Khuld is co-owned by a mem­ber of the Oman Royal Fam­ily and a mem­ber of the Kuwait Royal Fam­ily. Both busi­ness part­ners have en­joyed ca­reers as dy­namic en­trepreneurs in the world of food and bev­er­age and have joined forces to build a hos­pi­tal­ity busi­ness fo­cus­ing on bring­ing in­ter­na­tional F&B con­cepts to Muscat and the sul­tanate.
