Al Baleed Walk to be Salalah’s exciting new food hotspot

-

Salalah has commonly been frequented by tourists flocking in their thousands to experience khareef and the green season of the beautiful indigenous mountains. With an ever-growing interest in the Salalah region, a brand-new lifestyle destination is being developed on the shoreline, situated next to the luxurious Anantara Salalah Resort.

Located on a unique waterfront, Al Baleed Walk offers an ideal location for those looking to invest in prime locations. “We are looking for an interesting mix of food and beverage concepts, different cuisines, service styles and design ideas; it’s a very exciting project and a first for Oman,” said Mike Abou Anni, project manager.

Shops will have direct access to the beach, making it a perfect location for guests as well as an easy access car park that occupies 260 cars. Currently, there are eight fully equipped outlets available for rent with a total space of 185 sq m; 120 sq m is dedicated to indoor space and 65 sq m to outdoor terraced areas.

Each outlet is connected by one long promenade, so guests can enjoy walking across the seafront, overlooking the sandy beaches whilst choosing where to dine, unwind and take in the view.

With its one-of-a-kind location and exceptional facilities, Al Baleed Walk is set to become the foodie destination of Salalah, expanding the current lifestyle offering of the region to welcome Salalah’s throngs of annual visitors and inhabitants.
