Bank Sohar holds staff movie night

In its constant endeavour to boost inter-staff relations and employee morale, Bank Sohar recently hosted a movie night for its staff and their families. Screening Hollywood’s latest movie Spider-Man: Homecoming at City Cinema Al Shatti Plaza, the event was a great success with hundreds of attendees.

Commenting on the event, Munira Abdulnabi Macki, GM, HR and Corporate Support at Bank Sohar, said, “Since inception, we have continuous­ly ensured to engage our staff in extracurri­cular activities that extend to their families as well. The intent behind such out-of-office excursions is to facilitate better inter-staff relations, which will ultimately have a positive impact at work. Like all the other leisure events, this movie night was very successful and witnessed attendance from senior and junior staff members.”

During the event, staff and their families were treated to complement­ary snacks prior to the film’s screening and enjoyed the privilege of watching Hollywood’s latest installmen­t in the Spider-Man series.
