Ooredoo Passport expands value-added data roaming

Ooredoo is allowing customers to take cost-effective and worry-free communicat­ion to even higher levels with the Ooredoo Passport World Service to seven new locations.

For just RO15, travellers to Vietnam, Georgia, Iraq, Switzerlan­d, Morocco and Singapore will get 1GB and 30 voice minutes, eliminatin­g bill shock and taking hassle-free travel to the next level. Ooredoo, Oman’s data experience leaders, provide customers with a great network, affordable data packages and a great app. They place a strong focus on customer experience and listening to what customers want. With Ooredoo Passport World, they will have peace of mind when it comes to getaways and beyond.

The new bundles are valid for a period of seven days from the date of activation, making them the perfect travel companion for flyers on business trips, holidays or visits to family. Seamlessly connecting to the most sophistica­ted networks, the product is available for use in 60 countries globally.

The 30 minutes included cover local calls, calls back to Oman and receiving calls. To get the new service, customers can subscribe through the award-winning Ooredoo Oman app. Customers are required to switch off data roaming before subscribin­g. After subscripti­on is confirmed via SMS, customers must then switch their phone setting back on and set their APN to Ooredoo.
