Nama Group hosts event for electricity conservation at Muscat Grand Mall
Nama Group held an event for electricity conservation using augmented reality technology at Muscat Grand Mall.
This event is part of the national campaign of electricity conservation consumption, which is organised by the group in conjunction with the GCC campaign. The event aimed to increase awareness about using effective methods to conserve electricity consumption and instill information that can contribute to establishing the culture of conversation in the society.
The event was designed to target the maximum number of customers from various segments, and were attended by more than 1500 visitors, several journalists, media professionals and environmentalists.
Al Miqdad Rashid al Nomani, a participant in the campaign’s introductory corner, said, “This event witnessed significant attendance by the community, which illustrates their interest, awareness and desire to know more about conservation to increasingly contribute towards building a culture of conservation. The interactions observed on social media platforms demonstrated the creativity of the participants in presenting their experiences regarding electricity conservation using the hashtag #Nama_Conservation.”
