Ah­libank ‘Salary for Life’ win­ner an­nounced

Ah­libank an­nounced the third win­ner of its grand ‘Salary for Life’ draw as part of the 2020 Wafra Prize Scheme, com­mit­ting to its on-go­ing cus­tomer en­gage­ment strat­egy. S A S al Balushi from So­har branch, bagged the RO250,000 grand prize money, which is RO1,000 to be paid monthly for 250 months, at a cer­e­mony held at Ah­libank’s head­quar­ters in the pres­ence of the bank’s se­nior of­fi­cials.

Com­ment­ing on the ini­tia­tive, which has at­tracted many cus­tomers to the bank, Muneer al Balushi, head of Re­tail Dis­tri­bu­tion at Ah­libank, said, “In Ah­libank, we are con­tin­u­ally work­ing to­wards en­cour­ag­ing a sav­ings cul­ture among the peo­ple of Oman. The Wafra Prize scheme is a part of this en­deav­our as it pro­vides an op­por­tu­nity for cus­tomers to win a salary for a life­time thereby giv­ing them fi­nan­cial se­cu­rity.”

Wafra’s ‘Salary for Life’ in­cludes a to­tal mega prize of RO1mn won by four lucky cus­tomers, where RO250,000 is won ev­ery quar­ter, dur­ing the year! Cus­tomers who main­tain a quar­terly aver­age bal­ance of RO1,000 are el­i­gi­ble to par­tic­i­pate in the ‘Salary for Life’ quar­terly prize draw, as well as other prizes.

Balushi added, “Ah­libank’s wide-rang­ing prod­ucts and ser­vices are de­signed to pro­vide a unique and has­sle-free bank­ing ex­pe­ri­ence to its cus­tomers. We value our cus­tomer’s needs and hope to con­tinue cre­at­ing op­por­tu­ni­ties for them to win big through a wide range of prize­draws through­out the year.”

In line with its ob­jec­tive of en­hanc­ing lives, ‘Wafra’, which means ‘abun­dance’ in Ara­bic, 2020 Prize Scheme, will award a to­tal prize worth of over RO 1.8mn to more than 1,300 cus­tomers across Ah­libank’s branches in the sul­tanate. These are given away through Weekly, Monthly, Salary Trans­fer, Chil­dren’s, Na­tional Day, as well as other ‘Pre­mium and Ex­clu­sive’ prize-draws.

Wafra’s weekly Prize Scheme re­wards one guar­an­teed cus­tomer from each branch with RO500 and the Monthly Prize scheme re­wards five winners with RO2,000 each.
