Comex to launch 'Tariq Clinic'
COMEX, Oman’s official technology event, in partnership with Oman’s popular ICT expert, Tariq Hilal al Barwani, is all set to launch 'Tariq Clinic', an exclusive and engaging technology workshop run daily at the Oman Exhibition and Convention Centre (OCEC) from May 23 to 25.
The exclusive clinic is aimed at educating and supporting the participants on opportunities, prospects and growth pertaining to their personal and professional technology development, a press release said.
“Technology is a powerful tool that improves, supports, and transforms our lives on a daily basis. I am honoured to work closely with the organisers at COMEX to bring technology education closer to the society,” said Barwani, a multi-award winning technology expert and motivational speaker, who will be running the engaging sessions at the clinic.
COMEX is considered Oman’s leading technology event that provides engaging and networking platforms for young talent, development leaders, learning heads, human resources professionals and business leaders to bridge the gaps and find solutions in several areas of the digital ecosystem. The event aims to highlight the digital transformation in Oman through hosting ministries, authorities, and companies to participate and showcase their achievements and opportunities for innovation in technology and their steps towards Oman Vision 2040.
Tariq Clinic is an exclusive COMEX initiative that will be launched this year to educate the society on what it takes to become an IT expert, learn and develop oneself in IT, as well as make use of IT in running a business.
