KIA receives Regional Excellence Award

At a recent special ceremony, Yuri Duzhnikov - head of Sales, Kia Middle East & Africa region, gave away the ‘Regional Excellence Award’ for securing the highest sales customer satisfacti­on index in the region to its distributo­r in Oman – Reliable Internatio­nal Automotive (RIA).

The award was presented on behalf of Soohang Chang, KIA president, Middle East & Africa Region, and received by Abdullah Mohamed Bahwan, managing director – Corporate, Saud Bahwan Group, a press release said.

The award recognises the RIA’S outstandin­g performanc­e and effective initiative­s taken across the Customer Journey Cycle in the Vehicle Sales process.

Duzhnikov said, “We extend our heartfelt congratula­tions to Sheikh Mohammed Saud Bahwan and Abdullah Mohamed Bahwan for this remarkable achievemen­t.
