Trading on Galfar shares suspended

MUSCAT: Muscat Securities Market (MSM) on Tuesday suspended trading in the shares of Galfar Engineering and Contracting Company for lack of details about the arbitration award disclosure. Galfar Engineering, in a disclosure note filed to the MSM, said a final arbitration award was issued in one of the four arbitration proceedings between the company and Haya Water. The company told the local bourse it had received a compensation of RO 3.64 million in respect of the disputed claims between the parties.
